This program focuses on readying clients to work independently after a series of training sessions. Readiness is determined by client and teacher.
Ten pack of graduate training sessions: $1000.
Independent hourly sessions for graduates: $30.

BRUSH UP PROGRAM
Sessions to deepen, intensify and make safer the work you are doing with your own teachers, or in your own mat classes. This can revolutionize your relationship to your work and is compatible with yoga, gyrotonics, and weight work. $100 per hour. (Or book a class with friends)
